Hi , I applied on mahindra finance website for personal loan. On 10/10/2020 I got a call from a person from mahindra finance, saying im eligible to get loan from 10000 to 50000 INR, then he wants documents(pan card, adhaar card, bank statement) for that., which I sent. Further he demand 3150 INR as processing charge for that., which I paid. Finally I got a message that 30000 is credited to my account which actually not credited but before that I have to pay more 5400 for GST charge(this time another person called me, he was the senior one as i informed). And then after completion of this process i will get the refund of that amount within 20 minutes. They said you have to pay that amount i.e 5400 and i paid the amount because i needed the loan for an emergency . But after few minutes the person called and was saying that i need to pay 2500 for NOC charge. That time i refused and told them to cancel my loan because i did not have more amount to pay. Then i asked about refund of the paid amount . They informed they'll refund within 72 hours. But after passing 1 week also i didn't get the refund. I called so many times but now they are talking rude and mocking whenever they receive my call. I also tried to contact with customer care of the mahindra finance but couldn't connect and also mails but till date no response . It is very harassing and disturbing me. Now I am seeking for help. I needed that loan for emergency purpose well being of my Family. I am really pissed off and want my refund as soon as possible.
