Taken a yearly 100mbps broadband plan from Mach1 Broadband from 02nd April 2020. Since October I am facing lots of issues with the connection and on average raised 2-3 complaints every week. But failed to live up to commitment and never succeeded to resolve the issue, they tried connecting to their own router but still observed issues. An engineer from Mach1 visited our at least 10 times in our house but failed to resolve the issue. They also committed fiber connection and delayed it like anything, forcing me to opt for a different vendor for my connection. I have already paid Rs. 7079 for a yearly plan.
