I recently ordered an LV on the go MM size bag from Luxisma. But, they sent me the bigger size, GM. This happened despite confirming multiple times with them about the right size. I sent them the pictures also of the wrong size they delivered, and firstly, they didn't acknowledge the mistake and also, they hardly respond to the messages once they have sold the product.

They have told me that they will exchange the bag after 10 days. Let's see if they still are on their promise.

Now they have changed the name of the company to Luxismark.
