I have ordered a Gucci things footwear from this website charging 8375/- RS. They sent a wrong product and I asked them continuously to schedule a return pick up and asked them for a refund as I sent the product back. They said they can’t provide a refund and they will replace it by the correct product.

It’s been 1 and half month I sent the product back and I have all the billing details and stuff but they blocked my number and WhatsApp and haven’t been attending any of my calls now. Neither did I get the product not did I get the refund . I have been calling them constantly but they haven’t been picking my calls.

I have all the recordings or their conversations all the messages they sent. I even made a video while I was returning the product to the pickup executive. They are sending wrong products and taking money from people. 8K isn’t a small amount and I would like my amount to be refunded. Their contact numbers are: +[Protected]

This website is a complete fraud website and I have got all the proofs about it .the products in this website are fake and they charge extreme amount of money.
