It’s almost 2 and half months they are not delivering my order. They taken all amount in advance after that whenever I call they are not picking up the call. I tried in watsup also but not getting proper response. Every time they are telling we will deliver your order in this date but not getting the order. I told that if you are not delivering my order refund my amount.

It’s been very pathetic service plus not giving the response.

Kindly look into this matter very urgently and solve the problem asap.

They mention that they will deliver my order in 20 to 25 days.
But now it’s 2 and half months it’s ridiculous.

I am chasing on daily basis but they are not giving the proper response and also tried calling in their numbers but no response.

It’s been since 2 and half months finally l frustrated about their service and the reply they are giving next week this date what is this it’s all about fake commitment about this website.

Kindly advise what action i need to take either l receive my order or l will get the refund.
