I'm Yash and I'm a victim of an ed-tech named as Lido. I bought their subscription from my friend at amount 19,000 and after sometime I found it irrelevant for my brother daughter and the father of khyati was expired on 23/11/2021.
So there is so much problem in family and the mother of Khyati is a house wife they didn’t have money for paying. I applied for refund under their refund policy of 15 days.
And according to their policy of refund within 45 to 90 working days,they have not made a refund of the amount and still they are deducting EMI for the same. I'm very stressed and harassed by the company related to this issue and many known people of mine are suffering from the same.
So my kindly request you to please take a look into the matter and stop my emi asap and initiate my refund because 24/4/2022 is my next emi deduction date so please help me.
