As per the lido learning refund policy i have initiated the refund request within 7 days. but still now my refund not getting credited to my credit card account. I have initiated the refund request on September month 2021.
When i call to finance team of the lido learning they said it will be credited within in the 2 weeks. its went on till January. Now completely contact number itself not responding. No response even from email for support number.

No response in any of the above contact. Still my Credit card EMI is going on. Not sure how to stop this. Please help to get the refund.
