Lido Learning: Payment Not Refunded

Dear Sir / Madam,
Please note that, One of Lido business partners has added my son Master JEEVAN MATHEW BIJU in your Lido program, and he never attended any lido classes. This was starting from 28th November, 2021.

And they are taking the money of Rs.36000/- from my debit card (i.e. from my saving bank debit card). And at that time he promised to return the money and refund the same within a few days.

My banker has been provided a consumer loan against this Lido amount on 12 emi basis, still EMI is deducting and no money refunded from their end. I need the money back.

I have been trying to contact them on regular basis, but they are not picking up my calls, and their websites shows refund processing, it takes 45 days. This was started from November, 2021 end.

And now it takes about more than 5 months (more than 150 days) still not initiated the refund. Their help line number is getting the number but nobody picking up (only options are there but no customer care executives are there to help peoples)

My request is to kindly update this issue to lido as soon as possible and refund the amount and also issue a letter to Lido's banker to stop deducting the EMI at the earliest.
