I enrolled my daughter on 11.06.2021 by Lido representative Mr Ketan (Mobile No [Protected]) vide netbanking [Protected]BIL/ONL/000[Protected]/Quality Tu/lidolearning ICICI BANK.
NODA 25,000.00. After 7 classes, i asked for refund due to my child Ashmita is not able to understand the classes. Then I asked for refund and the refund requested received and processed on 27 July 2021 after verification.
I have been told refund of amount Rs 22,569/- will get within 45 days. After that several times through their whatapp chat & given phone no i have raised my issue. But nothing has done.
Always they are taking 15 days time to resolve my issue saying different excuses. When I asked for refund they said last week of this months and then when I asked last week of months they said you will get second week of month.
In this way they hold me for seven months. Now they have close their whatapp chat and Phone no is invalid. Now I am not able to contract, Sir, I am ex serviceman from Indian air force.
Kindly do the needful and take necessary action so that i can get my refund.
