I have enrolled for online classes for my son with LIDO Learning in the month of September, 2021. The Sales Person, Hemanth has requested for some documents as I said I would prefer EMI option.
He informed me that I can cancel my classes within 15days from the commencement of course if I wished to. He also assured me that I will have to sign another document and only after that the EMIs would begin from October 2021.
I have raised for a refund just after 3classes within the 15days in which I am eligible for a Refund. My Refund request has been accepted immediately and I got a confirmation call as well.
But my EMIs have started from October, 2021 itself though I have not signed any document and also not been taking any classes. Bajaj Finance has penalized me for a little late in payment also.
I could not pay the EMI in the month of February,2022 and I am being tortured for the same. I have tried contacting the LIDO team umpteen number of times through chat, e-mails, phone calls.
Every time, they assure me that the refund would be initiated this month or this week without giving any specific information. Of late, I am unable to contact them also.
I am fed up with this entire process. I am being made to cough up rs.42000/- for the services I am not even utilizing which is a lot of burden for me as I belong to a normal middle class family where we have budgets for everything.
Added to this is the mental trauma I am facing every time I am paying the EMIs and receiving at least 10 calls in a day for the delay in payment. Please provide me with a solution. I cannot take this anymore.
I want a Refund for the payment I have already made. And also the remaining EMIs should be cancelled.
