Online Fraud, Payment Not Refunded

Coding Class Joining in lido on 18/12/2021 for my son Namely Manas,10 years old. he is not understand Coding due to unroll coding Class. I have already emailed of many times to lido care to stop my class and refund my fees.
But they can not reply i also contact to coordinator but they not interested to solve this problem i also informed my home branch HDFC Bank to Stop EMI also given all emailed copies but still EMI deduction is going on.
I understand lido is fake online company they do all online Fraud. I work is CBI i know very well about this if they not solve or contact with me i will complaint again Lido to RBI Also publish in Twitter and all media.
