Hi Team,
My vehicle was attached to Lets transport for Udaan from August, September, October. I received the payment for August and September. October month 3, 4 days vehicle has run for which the payment has not been credited since 3 months.
When I ask for clarification they say it's deducted as penalty for vehicle as its stopped. But the officials are aware that my vehicle was attacked by goons of the same area and my driver face and ear was cut with blade.
Police complaint was raised on the same and registered complaint, damaged vehicle, driver photos was shared to the Company. Admist all that happened, my driver has survived to reach bangalore back.
Since the vehicle was attacked and damaged. I had no other option to stop the vehicle to get it ready. Inspite sharing all this with the company and prior intimation. They have deducted a sum of 14000 rs.
This has to be paid to loan which was taken from LT finance as they promised. But they neither credited back the amount back to me or to the loan account. I am calling the respective teams for this but nobody is bothered to respond.
At last they said, we can even go to police, court, anywhere but payment will not be credited. I don't know which organisation will respond this way. How can a Company say " u can do anything but we pay you"
I'm receiving lot of calls, messages for this balance. Please let me know what else needed from end. I'm running for my bread and butter but the company is unnecessarily putting me into problems.
Please let me know whom else to reach on this. I'm ready to take this to the highest official possible. I am fine to share this in social media also if required. I reached the CEO of the company Mr. PUSHKAR SINGH but the reason was not acceptable.
Need justice. Hope justice prevails.
