Fraud site, they gave a phone number and email address which can be contacted however number is switched off and no once has replied over the email, they deducted the amount and post payment, they mentioned order failed.
My login/profile is also now not found on the site. They take money through Third party, even the Third Party - "PayU" should be banned as its a Cyber Crime.
Incident Date - 15 Nov2021, I need refund of my amount.

Any update post this complaint? How is complaint room going to solve this problem? Its been so many days, there is no resolution provided

I had paid them INR 149 and even received the Payment confirmation from PayU however they have also not helped me to get/trace the order. This is complete fraud/cyber crime and needs to stop.
