I placed online Order on 14th Nov on Leebaz for wall clocks
Rs 300 ( Three hundred) was paid using credit card through PayU Txn ID [Protected]on 14th November.
PayU confirmed receipt of payment on acct of the party - Ashishbhai Dungsrbhai Chotani by sms and email. Screenshot of SMS is attached.
But Leebaz order page stated payment as unsuccessful , in contradiction to PayU confirmation. Copy of screenshot is attached for you information and needful action
Leebaz is not responding to several phone calls, emails , sms to their number available on the inter net M/ s PayU is also not responding to emails.
Having noticed in internet about some complaints of wilful default by Leebaz , this complaint is being lodged
You are requested to help in resolving the problem.
The seller Leebaz should either arrange to refund the money or supply the ordered materials immediately and without further delay.
