Transaction Failed But Money Not Credited

I Ravarthu Srinivas my registered Mobile number with LazyPay is [Protected]. Paytm Merchant requested me on 1Feb 2022 at 10:59 Am via payment link to pay Rs.1400 i opened the link and payed Rs.1400 using LazyPay Card.
But here the payment was failed but money debited in my LazyPay account showing Txn ID : TXN[Protected]too, i contacted via LazyPay Customer Support but there is no response from LazyPay Company i raised two times complaint but there is no response from LazyPay Customer Support.
Till now not credited my money Rs.1400 completed more than 7 Days.
