Good day to you, Please be informed that I have done online shopping with AJIO Retail using LAZYPAY CARD. After sometime I have returned the items to Ajio, thus I have got the refund amount of the original transactions in two different dates which are as follows.
1. Rs.1097.57 on 22-Feb-2022
2. Rs.1043.16 on 20-Feb-2022
The above refund amount which is received form Ajio is reflecting in the Lazypay application transactions, However the very same amount did not get adjusted against the billing cycle outstanding amount and also the same amount did not get credited into my bank account (In case if it's supposed to be happened).
Customer should have two options in this case.
1. As i paid the amount using Lazypay card, the refund amount MUST be get adjusted against the outstanding amount.
2. The very same amount should be get credited in the bank account which is defaulted in Lazypay application.
In my case nothing has happened , As a result i was forced to pay full outstanding amount even though my Rs.2140.73/- is still with Lazypay and they did not pay me back and hence i believe it as fraud, I would be happy to share more details on this case if required.
Attached pics are refund amounts which i received from Ajio and reflecting in Lazypay app. Kindly help me on this.
