This Fraud take place when i am finding a job abroad, when i receive call from Amanda Campbell- General Manager Human Resource [PROTECTED]@dmaxsolutions.com Mobile +[Protected]known as Australia based company.
Primarily received interview call twice time and final confirmation for job in Australia, to process further they taken my all soft copy of KYC, Experience letter, Passport details.
For Visa processing Dmax solutions communicate me to connect with Lawyens to further details to process legal formalities.
This is happening step by step Lawyens asked to give the IELTS exam which they asked to transfer the amount of INR 11,800, amount transferred to Lawyens. A authorised appointment IELTS receipt not receive neither booking of appointment email. Further Lawyen asked to transfer INR 16,000 for verification Education and Identity Screening Report and Criminal and Civil Screening report.
This is understood that Lawyen and Dmax solution is fraud company making money.

Lawyens & dmaxsolutions Fraud Scam - Warning Kindly Beware this name. Known as The Law Firm – Best Law firm in Kolkata http://lawyens.com Joint Fraud Company name : DEMAX Pty Ltd | DEMAX Payroll Australia https://dmaxsolutions.com More details call from Australia received phone +[Protected]on 18 Feb 2021 from Amanda Campbell - GM- Human Resource (Dmax Solution) for interview and second call on 23 Feb'2021 final interview. After a call Dmax Solution -Amanda shared the Offer letter on 2nd Mar 2021 requested to submit all the Work Experience letter, Educational Certificate copy, Passport photo for Visa Processing and legal formalities. For Visa Processing and IELTS exam, received email from [PROTECTED]@lawyens.com and [PROTECTED]@dmaxsolutions.com for legal and visa formalities. on 5th Mar'2021 Lawyens asked to pay IELTS exam fees to book the appointment with IDP/British Council. On the same day Lawyens requested to pay the amount to process further. So they shared IELTS form and account beneficiary details to transfer. Amount transferred amount 11800 to Lawyens account 0[Protected]bank name Indian Overseas Bank, IFSC IOBA000008835. from my Bank Account. After Many Follow-up with Lawyens for IELTS receipt, but they are saying appointment booked will share the receipt shortly on phone. on necessary follow up on email and phone, i requested to refund the amount. so they communicate me will refund the amount in 7 working day on 20 Mar Lawyens communicated on phone they will refund, on date checking the same, reverted they will transfer on 22 Mar 21, but not refunded and phone disconnected. on 23 Mar 21 tried to connect, but phone Switch off. Both the Fruad scam and they are illegal running their illegal activities . Secondly below known as fraud, phone not working. File a FIR complaint to nearest Police station, to take necessary action immediately. Cyber Crime cell and your Bank play important role to resolve this issue. Also publish the fraud on Social Media
