Landmark Store: Fraudulent Money Deduction At Store And No Refund

We have made a purchase on 2nd January 2022. While making the payment they swiped our card twice telling the first transaction did not go through because of some network problem with their machine.

However money was debited twice and they said it ll be refunded in 3 days. But it has been 20 days by now and they did not refund it yet. Every time i contact they asking us to wait 5 working days more.

It was because of their defective machine that we had to bear the cost. I have also checked with my bank and they clearly told that it was debited twice. This never takes 20 days to refund money to a customer that was charged illegally twice.

I apparently feeling so bad for being helpless and in a situation where we can't do anything about it. But only follow up get harassed mentally. They are already harassing badly mentally, every time we follow up.

They don't give our hard earned money back. Neither I don't see any efforts nor a good customer service. How can such a Landmark store exist publicly in a reputed ORION MALL, BANGALORE.

DOING fraud openly and cheating customers and harassing them. Please suggest what to do in this case. I am a middle class student, each rupee matters. Please help!!
