I was looking for some indoor plants and incidentally in Google search engine i came across LACASHA.COM. I selected FICUS BENJAMINA STARLIGHT and on 05th February i purchased the above plant through LACASHA.COM website paying full amount of Rs220.00 as a guest customer , providing them full particulars about myself and the delivery address.

I received a mail thereafter from LACASHA confirming receipt of money meant for.

Thats all, there after till date i have not received any communication from them regarding my purchased item.

Two to three days back i sent them a mail asking them to let me know the current situation and status of my order.But they didnot reply me anything.

I donot know how will i get the selected item and purchased from LACASHA , since a considerable period has already been passed.

Please look into the matter and make me inform the correct current situation.
