I have taken personal loan with kotak mahindra bank..and payment emi regular for more than four yrs..now unable to pay the Emi on time and approch fir settle ment of the loan...but companies official and agents are harrashing regular for emi payment ..I am a medical problem with poor financial condition... required help..the bank manager are language are very raugh ..I am in very poor financial condition to resolve the issue....

Bank kotak people are regularly following up on emi payment..when I am already applied on mail many times for settlement of the loan.....I promise to pay the settlement amount in aone way..
