I RECEIVED A LOAN OF RS 60000.00 FROM CITI FINANCIAL BANK FOR 36 MONTHS BUT AFTER PAYMENT OF 31 EMI'S CITI FINANCIAL STOPPED THE PRESENTING CHEQUE IN MY ACCOUNT AND BANK WAS TAKEN OVER BY KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK AND BALANCE EMI'S PAYMENT PAID TO KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK BUT MENTION IN HIS RECORD LOAN TENURE 38 MONTHS SO HE DEMANDING OUTSTANDING LOAN AMOUNT OF RS. 12570.00 WHICH WAS FULLY PAID.
