This complaint is regarding kfj bond of gold scheme. I Murugesan. G paid rs.100700 and i have booked 50 grams of gold @ rs.2014/- on 8th Feb 2014 through registration number MYKFJ014996 in the name of THAMIZHCHELVI and one more bond for the same amount of Rs.100700/- through registration number MYKFJ014997 on same date of 8th Feb 2014 in the name of THAMIZHARASI under this scheme and my maturity date is 8th Feb 2019 with nominee name Mrs.Anuradha my wife which is the locking period. We went on march 2019 to mylapore shop and they asked us to wait for another six month to get jewelry without any wastage and we approached their shop on september 2019. They asked us to choose the jewellery from their catalog and we chosen all for the 100 gms totally altogether for both the bonds. Since then we are following them and no proper reply and suddenly i came to know that all branches in chennai are closed already and only 1 branch which is mylapore branch was operational and that too there are no items in the shop. And we reached their mylapore outlet on 11th of dec 2019 and we fought for our jeweler and then they gave us a letter showing that they will repay only the paid amount through six installments.That too not happened so far. Suddenly that mylapore shop too closed with one income tax notice. They neither pay as gold nor as money and they keep on extending the dates and now its closed. I am from a middle class family where money is everything to us to survive our life and this is amount which i spent is was my saving for my twin girls. Please help me in getting this issue fixed and refund my above said amount. Hopefully when i get this amount back i will be very thankful to you and your serving team ever. Thanks!
