I have Returned one product which was wrong, it was suppose to return to Ajio but pickup person was confused and had not clear details or picture of the product so i have provided item as per the description later

I got to know that i got different product is picked up i have raises ticket and called to customer service did not solve my ticket and closed it and till the last date of delivery of product to store i contacted customer care to cancel the shipment or return that product back but didn't get any help.

Yesterday product has reached to store and they refund the money, how can they refund if the product is not same. I have escalated this issue to higher level and they said refund has processed so we cant do any thing.

I mean really they kept my product which is more worth than original product!!! I need resolution on this otherwise i am going to highlight this issue on social media.
