We ordered iphone on 19th Jan. Delivery date was 23rd Jan. Today is 26th Jan, we haven't received the product yet. Everyday the app updates the delivery date to the next day. We contacted customer care multiple times, they dont know where the product is and always ask us to wait for 24-48hours.
We are ok to wait but we need the exact date and time on which the product will be delivered. We are unable to cancel the order as well. We are just stuck. We are very disappointed and never expected such a service from an established online store. Please Either deliver the product today or cancel the order and initiate refund.
