I am writing this complaint for return of my caution money, that i deposited in the college account while taking admission as that amount is refundable. It's been 2 years since I passed out from college and still caution money is not refunded.
I spoke to the account department many times. they tells a new date every time and now they are not even responding to the calls. Account department behaviour is impolite.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me to get my caution money back
