I had purchased a domain and hosting service from iooweb.com on 3rd September 2021, but unfortunately the domain never got activated. today is the 4th day but the domain did not got activated.

I had paid the amount upfront for the service (invoice attached) INR 2472/- but did not receive the service. I tried to contact them over phone (number mentioned in website) but did not receive any response.

The phone number was either switched off or nobody responded. I tried to contact them over live chat but I received only false commitments from them. What they had asked for I had done but did not receive the service in return.

Further I tried to raise a ticket followed by several reminders but never got a reply from them. I even tried to email them on their email id as mentioned in there website ([PROTECTED]@iooweb.com) but did not receive any kind of response from them.

I got only false commitments from them all the time and the issue was never resolved. For the refund I have already registered a ticket but did not receive any reply from their team. Furthermore due to their negligence I lost time.

Also please note that their is a difference in address as the address mentioned in their website is !OoWeb VII/751(Ground Floor) "Chandini" Mavellipuram Colony Kakkanad Kochi 682030 and billing address is Pashmina Waterfront 14, Bhattarahalli, Swamy Vivekananda Road, Besides, Krishnarajapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka - India
