I ordered Hoodie from Instagram seller connected Via WhatsApp of 1,499/-INR from ADITYA KUMAR (Name as on PhonePay Account) on 07/01/2022. However after making the purchase, I did Payment through UPI Via PhonePay App. Seller didn't delivered that hoodie even after span of week.

Even after multiple follow-ups for 1 week, He hasn't reverted back via chat/call and now he has blocked me from Whatsapp with clear intention of doing fraud.
So I'm filing this complaint against him/her here are his details

Fraudster Name : ADITYA KUMAR
Fraudster Contact : +[Protected]
Fraudster Payment details : UPI [PROTECTED]@ybl

I feel this is an unfair/ restrictive trade practices or unscrupulous exploitation of consumers and is direct violation of consumer protection act. Now i feel cheated as they have the product and my money as well.

I have attached the whatsapp chat and payment proofs. Please let me know if any further proofs/details are required from my end. Even he is asking to place another order to get past amount.

Can you please help me to get my money back. Please help me with this atrocity.
