yesterday i order crocs payment made then confirm order id 143259 after payment made its come order Hold but no reason and i too mail but thr is no response from them kindly reslove this problem.

Hiii,I am Divya rajesh.I was ordered my product Bayaband Black/White Unisex Clog on 18th March.and also I complete my shipping charges 225.Today is 23 and 5the day from the ordered date.No one single reply from ur side.daily I mailing u from my side.So please reply me with tracking details.I haven't any message against the order 129197 to my mobile. Please clarify it immediately.
Bought three crocs on 15 dec but still no rply...I mailed you with screenshot of payment but still no rply....what kind of attitude is this with the customer....if I didn't receive the product I will file complaint in consumer forum...so better atleast rply
