Dear Sir/Madam This is to inform you that I booked InDriver cab from bus stand 43 Chandigarh - hotel oyster. As offered - Rs 95 and accepted by cab driver I started my journey from start point. As soon as I sit in the cab, driver started asking from me that why I offered Rs. 10 less than average price of Rs. 106.
I said I just offered and I didn’t force you to accept the ride. It was our mutual agreement only. Then he started telling various stories about the passengers about the money and indirectly started insulting me for offering Rs. 10 less for ride. I stayed silent. Suddenly he asked whether I will do cash payment or google pay.
I agreed for google pay and he said please do it now as I want to get the fuel refill on the way. I said ok but just 200 meters from my destination point he diverted cab to petrol station. I requested him to drop me at the destination as I was getting late but he said there is no petrol in the car.
After reaching petrol station, he started talking over phone and I board off the cab. When I asked him about this kind of behaviour , he said you paid Rs. 10 less that’s why it happened. Can you please explain what kind of service this is. At the time of booking cab it is the mutual consent of driver and passenger over the fare.
Is it really justified that driver will harass lady passenger like this. What if it would have been mid night ? I need immediate action on the cab driver and request to suspend his services . Moreover this is the 2nd experience with this cab driver. He is such a bulshit person, don’t even know how to speak.
Moreover almost 3-4 months back , his cab was by the name of Karan and now by the name of Pawan InDriver didn’t take any action against cab driver . I am not feeling safe. Request to take action against that cab driver and cab company.

Reply I will suggest everybody not to book or use inDrive. They are scamming with passangers. I booked a cab 25th August from Kailash Hospital, Sec-27 Noida, to my home ( Najafgarh). I accepted a proposal of 590 rupees from driver Sherpal Singh, cab no. DL1ZC7939. After a few minutes of starting the ride, the driver told me that your destination is 45 KM away from here, and it was showing 32 KM when I proposed you fare, so you have to pay 15 rs per km after crossing 32 KM and 120 rs for toll tax. when we arrived at home( destination). The total kilometres were 49 from source to destination. The total bill they told me to pay was 965( 590 proposed + 120 toll tax + 255 for an extra 17 km). I have paid the amount of Rs. 965 via UPI. I had the worst experience with InDrive; it was my first ride, and this huge extra amount 375 was charged. I had complaint to [PROTECTED]@indrive.com next day( 26th August), But they haven't taken any action on driver except they had suspended their ID.
HR58C5401 cab number driver was misbehaved He wasted my time while arguing and using abusive words. He was the worst driver and worst ride of indriver till now. I forgot my powerbank in his cab he said will return this to me . After that day when I called him he would never pick my phone .Please stop this thief like behaviour of driver
Worst experience ever … really inDrive is not safe.. I will suggest everybody not to book or use inDrive Driver Mandeep Maruti Suzuki wagon pb01b5518 I booked this cab for my parents from airport to Sood Dharamshala for 225 rs . This man cancelled my ride and charged my parents 600 rs instead of 225 … I want you to take some action on this man .
This is complaint against cab number PB01B5836 ,driver was misbehaved and talking with abusing languages. He wasted my time while arguing and using abusive words. He was the worst driver and worst ride of indriver till now. Please teach your driver's how to talk with passengers and don't charge extra while there app is offline. It wasn't safe either we were travelling form kharar to Chandigarh and we faced harassment. Worst driver i ever have seen. Take needful action against him.
