I order a dress online name. Amber brown handblock cotton dress from Instagram from a app indrani. They delivered a damaged saree of rs. 799 and there is no any return or exchange options on their website namely indraneeshop.myshopify.com.
They didn't contact me after that I paid online to them but product or item I received is damaged saree. I have item as usual. the way they delivered to me. I have proof. They delivered it from Surat to chakiya.
I lived in chakiya. I paid 799 rupee online. They link given by delivery boy at my door. Order number of my delivery dress is. [Protected]There's a note written on the delivery order that's No open Delivery allowed.
I am from shamshernagar colony chakiya chandauli behind of tehshil. There is a website given I emailed them to return my money but they didn't reply. I email on indraneeshop.myshopify.com.
But there's no reply from that side. There is no contact number given on this email to contact them. they are not returning my money. I have kept their product that they have delivered to me safe
I want to back my money and want to return their order or want my genuine product back. I asked from delivery boy too. I have detailed information from where delivery boy have come and I want to back my money on this order.
