I have booked online air ticket from go ibibo site for indigo airlines but the day when the flight was to get departures at that very night the ticket got itself cancelled without any fault of ours for which we have to incur a loss of about 35000.

And we had to book new tickets for higher price to ₹27800 and the IP address of cancellation being showing as kolkata where none of us stays. So it is complete fraud done by the company.

So please resolve this matter as soon as possible so that we can get a refund for our loss that has been incurred by the fault of the company.
