We booked 2 tickets at lower rates with total for 2 tickets were 5000 for 11.11.2021 from ahmedabad to delhi from ahmedabad airport. PNR UJLUHS flight 6E -2194 amd -delhi dated 11nov 2021

At ground airport a lady and her boy age 18 were suppose to travel by indigo airlines But a boy had asked a mobile phone from a ground staff NIDHI for a while with due respect and NIDHI indigo airlines created havok as boy can not travel and she cancelled their tickets and she did not allowed them to travel

Later they called their doctor and doctor met NIDHI also to say boy is perfectly normal and not antisocial and not harming anyone except some disturbance due ti his personal life and this happens to every alternate Indians and this is quite normal

BUT NIDHI NOT READY TO UNDERSTAND AND NOT READY TO LISTEN TO DOCTOR AND NOT TO BOY MOTHER. Later as to travel same day was urgent so they have to purchase fresh tickets from counter with high rates

They are single parent family and no earning source even though they had to purchase high amount fresh tickets from the counter of another company "spicejet "because of unhealthy mental status of INDIGO STAFF NIDHI

This can be checked. They both were safe to travel is proved by spicejet. AS ON THE SAME DAY THEY BOTH TRAVELED BUT BY ANOTHER COMPANY. AS BECAUSE OF INDIGO GROUND STAFF NIDHI RUDE MISBEHAVE AND ARROGANCE AND HER WRONG ACTION OF CANCELLING 2 TRAVELERS PRE BOOKED TICKETS AT HER DISCRETION AND HER OWN MIND SETUP

CREATED BIG PANIC SITUATION TO MANY PEOPLE

1) LADY TRAVELING SHOCKED WHEN NIDHI INDIGO HAS CANCELLED THEIR TICKETS AND SHE FELL DOWN ON THE GROUND AND MENTAL TORTURE

2) A DOCTOR HAS TO VISIT FROM 40 KM AWAY TO SAY A BOY STATUS ABSOLUTELY SAFE TO TRAVEL CAUSED HARASSMENT TO SOCIETY AND PUBLIC

3) A TAXI HAS TO WAIT AS BOTH TRAVELER TICKETS WERE CANCELLED AND REBOOKED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY SO 2 ATTENDANT WITH DRIVER WAITED TILL NEXT FLIGHT DEPARTED AT 10.30PM SAME DAY WILL BE PAID 12000

4) PURCHASED ANOTHER TICKETS OF 11000

5) SPEND EXTRA FARE FOR NIGHT JOURNEY FROM DELHI AIRPORT TO HOUSE as reached very late night at 3.00 mid night caused 10,000 expenses to reach to destination

Travelers all expenses and all inconveniences and all torture caused due to WRONG POWER AND WRONG OWN MIND SETUP ACTION OF CANCELLING 2 TRAVELLERS TICKETS BY NIDHI A GROUND INDIGO STAFF IS ILLEGAL UNETHICAL AND WE CLAIM MINIMUM 1 LAKH RUPEE COMPENSATION TOWARDS ALL EXTRA EXPENSES AND INCONVENIENCES ANS TORTURING.
