I ordered a sharara set from Indian elegance Instagram store he accepted the request and i also asled for all refund details prior placing order he mentioned if the product is not the same or if their is any damage he ll refund my amount (mentioned in image below)

And when product was received its stitches have already come out and the product pattern was completely different and wen asked for refund hes abusive and asking for return without refund and speaking nonsense language.

And now hes neither receiving calls or seeing messages and he has blocked me in Instagram and the person is arguing and condemning as well and he is very abusive and he has been trying to manipulate the consumers.

And the image of the Instagram store and as well as the whastapp chats are mentioned in the image below to show his fraudulent act and now hes not responding after sharing the worst product

And i wish there is some action taken against this fraud Instagram page and helping me in getting my refund back. INDIAN ELEGANCE he has 177k followers and the worst fraudulent app i have ever experienced.
