Dear Sir, This is to inform you regarding my recent online purchase.I have ordered a product from Indian elegance with order id [Protected]containing Trending SN676-D Fully Sequins Worked Dual Shaded Saree dated on 28 January 2021 worth INR 2000 but then when the product is delivered it was damaged .
Since I got a damaged product so I asked about return policy . In reply to that they clearly said no. This was an act of total fraud and customers mental harassment.
Despite of sharing pictures they are asking for pictures again n again. I have all the screenshot as well. Looking forward to resolution.Kindly do the needful. Thank you.

When I complaint about the same , they refused to refund and wasn't talking nicely. This was a proper act of mental harrasment and fraud
