So I have applied for a loan, they asked me to charge 750, I have paid (membership fees) again they asked me to pay 2500. As 5% of entire loan. And when the payment done, they told that you have entered wrong account details.
I asked them to return my money. They denied. And they have written in the policy that this fees is refundable. [Protected].
