I have purchased a dress through an ad seen on facebook.The websit e link was perfect and looked authentic with loaded reviews.After placing the order , COD was selected and the process did not require multiple level of authorisation. The website looked plain and attractive. This incident has taken place on 27th of dec 2021 when the delivery agent made delivery of the product.

They insisted on making the payment and later on file a return if the product is not as per the specifications. I had to pay him because I had no other way out. I knew I was cheated when the site disappeared from the website for return. I wrote many emails to the inayat dress team which was "[PROTECTED]@gmail.com".

Since I did not get reply, I called the to which there was no response. I contacted the delhivery team to get the adress and to refrain making payment to the seller to which they said they cannot do. Months have passed by and yet no action has been taken. Kindly resolve my issue and please refund me the amount.I had paid an amount of Rs.799 for a dress when delivered looked like Rs.20 rags.
