I had ordered a dress set of 3 from an Instagram page named @spotlightt.on.stylee currently. The problem is they keep changing their name and id as I have noticed for past few days and that's why I have shared the link of their Instagram account.

I ordered my dress on COD. They also said that return and exchange both are available. When I received my order, all the products were wrong and totally of poor quality.

From that day onwards I have been trying to get a refund but they won't reply to any of my messages. I even tried messaging them from my friends' accounts. At first I told them I wanted to buy a dress, which they were replying to properly.

However as soon as I told them it's me and I want a refund immediately, they again stopped seeing my messages. They won't reply at any cost. This is very frustrating and irritating.

It's not about money but about doing wrong to someone. I had ordered products of total 679 Rs. Also they charged me more. When I asked price, she told me it was 550 and didn't told me anything about delivery charge.

Or how much I would have to pay in total. When I received the order, the delivery guy told me I had to pay 679. I was left with no other option then except for paying him that.
