Hi Team, This is Shalaka Gadhave from Badlapur, Maharashtra, India. I have ordered [Combo Offer] Rose Quartz Gua Sha Stone & Jade Roller Face Massager Tool Set worth Rs 1399 from Honey and Be website.

And I haven't received any confirmation email or message with order id after successful payment by google pay, done on 10 Oct 2021. The worst part is I cannot track my order from the site as there is no option available to track your orders or see the profile.

I have tried calling them but their phone number is switched off. Clearly, the phone number which is provided on the website is fake. This site seems fake as I can see many complaints from other users about the same site and similar issues like mine over here.

Please assist me on this. I really want my money back. Unfortunately I cannot attach the screenshot of the payment as mentioned here in a note. But I can see out of six complaints one is resolved using this forum.

Honestly I am hoping on your help and guidance on this fraudulent issue of mine. Waiting forward for your reply and thank you in advance for your help. Regards, Shalaka.
