I was interested to join a course SAP MM in Henry Harvin for which i have enquired all the details through call. Then they assigned one of their consultant regarding further process.

One of their consultant named Mr. Asish told me to pay Rs 5000 for advance booking of course 18 days earlier start of course. But after 2 days i met an accident and due to my accident i am unable to attain the course on time.

And also i can't pay the full amount of course fee as my financial stability is not good for which i requested him to refund the amount for my treatment. He told me to contact to their support team through mail.

After several mail and call to their support team with payment details attached, they are ignoring my concern by telling this is not in our refund policy and try to attain the course after some day.

But i am not in a position to arrange money for my treatment. How can i again do the course by paying full amount of course fee? Now i really want my money back as i am running out of finance.

What kind of Institute is this? How can you play with someone's helplessness? Please help me out to refund my money.
