I registered for Henry Harvin Psychometric course on 10th Oct 2021. While registering for the course, I paid the fees twice due to technical glitches. On my first attempt when I tried paying through my debit card, their site showed failed transaction message.

So I changed the mode of payment to Credit card in my second attempt and the page went blank on making payment. When I checked my account statement, I realised that both times the transaction succeeded and amount of ₹9500 has been debited from the accounts.

I also received two payment receipts from Henry Harvin. On noticing the issue, I immediately raised a complaint with Henry Harvin. Initially they raised a ticket and asked me for all the receipts and transaction details.

After that the followup became a routine for me since they were not refunding the amount. Every time I call or email they would assure me that the amount would be refunded and ask for the evidence again.

Every time they would make some excuse like they need to talk to their senior, there is no refund policy etc. They even suggested that I enroll in another course instead of getting a refund.

When I refused to enroll in another course, they closed the ticket without resolving the issue even though I was actively following up. Now they have stopped picking up my calls and replying to my emails.
