I wish to complain about the fake call received by me from the so called termination/cancellation department from HDFC Life insurance. The person Anjali Sharma mob# [Protected]told me that I had taken a policy in the year 2014 and paid a premium of Rs 50000 /- towards the same.

I was also given the policy number [15974786] policy name HDFC Classic Assured plan issued on 23/03/2014 and told that since the policy has a lockin period of 7 years and I have paid the premium for only 1 year, my policy had gone to their department for cancellation.

I have not taken any policy, but these people were trying to fraud me by asking to pay premium for 2 more years rs 100000/- my policy would regularised and I will be getting an amount of Rs 208000/- within 90 days.
