HDFC Life Insurance: Activation Of Auto Debit Facility Without Customer Knowledge

Sir, I have purchased HDFC Life Sanchay Par Advantage vide policy no. [Protected]. My client ID is GP232693. On 03 Apr 21 Rs.59/- was deducted from my SBI SB A/C No. [Protected].

Immediately I spoke with the branch from where i have purchased the policy. They have assured me that Auto debit has been de activated. Now again HDFC has sent me mail the the auto debit is active.

On reply to the mail I made a request to cancel auto debit and send me the payment link. On reply they advised me to visit nearest branch which is far away and increased covid case is also not allowing movement.

Please do some arrangement to cancel my auto debit and refund the deducted amount.
