I purchased my havells aqua in January last year. The required product stopped working after 2 months. When i contacted the company they sent a serviceman. It worked. Then after 2 months it again stopped working. Again the same thing happened. This cycle continued till 8 services and everytime they told me if the same thing happened we will replace it.

Now the same thing happened again, and the are telling me to pay for the charges of this machine and the machine wont get replaced. Even the guy who came last assured me that if the machine stops working one more time, we will definitely get it replaced. But now he is denying all these aspects and demanding a payment requested service.

The service is costly. Their home charges are 400 and its parts are charged at 1000 rupees.That accounts to 1500 approx. That means that i have to pay 1500 every two months to get my service. What to do now?? I AM PERPLEXED. AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REFUSING TO ADHERE TO MY GREVIENCES.

I need immediate help in this regard. Please help me in the same. That will be your utmost kindness and the thugs i am caught in.
