I closed my loan in handy loan app today i.e. 8th august 2022, with an amount of Rs. 29900, which was overdue. This amount is inclusive of the penalty. Submitted the utr number also. But they did not close the loan yet saying payment not received. And asking me to repay again threatening me.
Kindly look into this immediately.
