I bought a bag from hamster London which broke on the first day I took it out, there quality is so poor, i never expected it, moreover the customer service mail do not respond, the people in store don't even want to fix the bag. I have bought from so many brands before. Never have I seen such a poor product or customer service.

I was purchased a water bottle and with in one mnth it crack from many place but customers care don’t give me new bottle and not give any credit amount such a worst brand and service and there store mam when you buy the products they said mam we are here if any thing happen but after they said who r u don’t see this kind of service from any brand worst brand
