Respected sir,
I have made transaction of 1200/- (dated 31/03/2022) which was failed, to the required person (named SOMESH JAIN), as a result the money was deducted from my account and was not reached to that person.
Please help me regarding this problem as till date i have not received any refund in my account. The proof of deduction in my account details are attached. I also have made several calls to the customer care ([Protected]) of Gpay.
But every time they made false promise to look after my matter but till date there is no recovery of my amount. Moreover they are treating as there was no deduction in my account!!
Note: proof of amount deduction in my account is attached as the account statement. My UPI transaction id : [Protected]. I request you to please help in this matter as it is such a big amount for me.
