Payment Not Refund

I use Google pay account to recharge my Airtel mobile number payment amount 99Rs. The payment has been deducted from my account but has not to credit in Airtel India (Party) Account. I am trying too many times to connect with Google pay but all the times all lines are busy.
Once i connect with them they told me the refund will credit on the same account within 48 hour but still the amount has not credit in my account. Again when I am contact to Google pay customer service they again told me to wait.
Incident Date Is 26/09/2022.
