On May 9 2022, I had send 9200 to a person in Mobile Express Shop For Purchasing A Mobile. At that time they said Card Swiping Machine is not working so they asked me to pay in google pay and the ATM was somewhat far from the shop so i supposed to send money on google pay.

I entered the amount and gave password for my transaction it started loading for minutes all of a sudden the transaction got failure, but the amount debited from my account, when i saw that it shows money will refunded in 3 business days to the account.

But its not refunded i checked the recipient bank statement also even they also did not received that amount and i had raised a ticket also for that also they did not response properly.

The amount is for my study purpose i cannot do anything without that amount i waited for refund but its not refunded. The ticket i had raised show that wait we will response soon like that, but i am scared very much.

Its already 5 days gone but the amount is not refunded back to my account so please kindly help me i need my money back please help me.
