Goibibo: Passenger Died In January 14 2022 Due To Covid19 But Refund Pending Till

The flight was for my Mother-in-law's medical operation in AIMS New Delhi Hospital on 10th November 2021. As per her Doctor instructions I changed the date to 10th March 2022 as she was unable to travel back then.

But she died on 14th January 2022 due to Covid19 issue. I have submitted all the scanned documents including Municipal Death Certificate, Covid19 positive certificate from KPC Hospital, Jadavpur Kolkata.

And all the POA and POI ids still till date my refund for Covid19 issue as stated in their Goibibo App that full refund will given if Covid19 positive and if the passenger has died has not been processed.

I am attaching all the documents for your reference. It occurred on: 14/01/2022.
Provide the refund as my Mother-in-law has died on 14th January 2022 and there is no point to take the flight.

And I have raised till now 9 request id's but nothing has been done. I want full refund of the full ticket. Rs. 10456/- in total. And we have not taken the aforesaid flight as my Mother-in-law as already died almost 2 months back due to Covid19 issue.
