I had booked Air India flight tickets from Bangalore to Male on May 03 2020 and return from Male to Bangalore on May 07 2020 through goibibo. The booking ID is GOFLIB45FC[Protected]. I had cancelled this booking on April 14th 2020 and got a cancellation voucher too. However I did not get any refund and when I tried to contact the customer care I was not able to, as the goibibo app is cleverly designed to keep us looping. In the month of October after the Supreme Court said that flight ticket money should be refunded without delay for flights cancelled due to corona virus, I received a call from one executive on October [Protected]asking me if she can place a refund request for the flight ticket. I agreed and she said it would take 120 days after the airline approves the request for refund. But I have not received the refund yet for an amount of Rs65k+. I am not able to reach them in any way and it is really hurting me mentally and financially during these difficult times. This travel agency has cheated me by not refunding me the said amount and has dragged almost 5 months after Supreme Court issued notice to airlines and travel operators on October 1 2020 to refund all the money related to flight tickets due to the pandemic.
